Before you send us a request: 

  • Determine and inform us how far your guests stay to avoid spending extra money and time on transportation
  • Specify the size of your group and additional services you may need (break-out rooms, technical equipment, welcome reception area, other areas (lounge, smoking area etc.), venue design and style. 
  • Consider the natural beauty of the venue; you may not need much decoration
  • Be informed that venues may charge for extra facilities such as parking, extra power, use of loading dock, storage, cleaning, late pickup fees, etc. 
  • Book early and be flexible. Weekends tend to be more expensive than weekdays. If possible, consider dates in less busy seasons or ask the venue for a selection of Sundays, weekdays, and dates. Venue site fees can fluctuate depending on the date of your event and events in the city. Please choose a date for your inspection.
